There are rules of thumb for what slab to operate in for deal velocity for an ACV to continue growing your business, populated by David Sacks.
To increase deal velocity, assuming mid to large ACV size:
1. Tighten your positioning to go after your best prospect profiles that have converted before.
2. Use AI in your sales funnel (duh!). This is a post in and in of itself.
3. Pricing experiments: I'll throw in extra support/feature or I can only hold this deal this long?
