Where is your product in this 2x2?
I've shown this to many founders and 3 key themes arise:
1. Most founders know where they are in the 2x2, but struggle to figure out how to act in their quadrant.
2. You'd rather be in a "ok product" x "clear messaging" with decent revenues than a "great product" x "poor messaging" category because repositioning success is a lagging indicator, takes months to show up.
3. Going from a ok to great product is getting easier in this AI age.
