Most businesses are succeeding today because they have:

1. A unique customer or market insight
2. Creative use of distribution channel(s)
3. A great product (more than just tech)

How you answer the above 3 question matters.

A. If you are in a highly competitive market, the more nuanced/in depth your point of view is, the more you find your niche to succeed.

B. If you are in a *new* software category, you can still win without having clear to some of the above.

Often founders have this in their head, but it takes work to tease it out and make it stick so your whole company gets it.
